Chad Collins, Chairman
City of Hamilton Representative

Chad Collins is the Hamilton City Councillor for the electoral district of Ward 5 - Red Hill. Before entering municipal politics, Councillor Collins attended Glendale Secondary School, the University of Western Ontario and McMaster University. He was first elected to City Council in 1995 via a by-election and was subsequently re-elected to Council in 1997, 2000, 2003 and 2006. During his time on City Council, Chad has fought hard to ensure all levels of government recognize the recreation and commercial value of our City's waterfront. Chad is committed to ensuring a good quality of life through sensible planning in our neighbourhoods, the development of our parks and waterfront and the reduction of industrial fallout throughout the east end.

A lifelong resident of east Hamilton, Chad currently resides in the Rosedale neighbourhood with his wife Mary, and their two children Chase and Reese.
